Anni Laukkanen advises our clients especially on assignments related to corporate law and corporate restructuring matters. Anni has been involved in several corporate restructuring projects and assisted also in various taxational questions in relation to them.

Furthermore, Anni has experience in, among others, corporate income taxation and carrying out intergenerational transfers of businesses.
