Emma Holopainen assists our clients in different assignments related to dispute resolution. Emma has experience in drafting pleadings to the general courts as well as assisting in arbitration proceedings. Emma also drafts settlement agreements to avoid litigation.

Moreover, Emma assists clients in various corporate law matters. For example, she advises clients on shareholders’ and director agreements. Emma has also experience in matters relating to corporate restructuring.
