Henrietta Sandvik is an attorney-at-law specializing primarily in assignments related to trade law and transport and logistics at both national and international levels.
Sandvik regularly drafts and negotiates extensive contracts for companies operating in various industries and provides consultation on contractual issues, also in English and Swedish. She has experience of contracts related to the sale of different machinery and equipment, as well as a wide range of goods and services associated to the transaction. She has also expertise in contract types used in an international context, such as transport, distributor and consortium agreements. Sandvik also handles disputes related to her areas of specialization and assists companies with intellectual property -related assignments.
Sandvik regularly trains our clients and stakeholders, and she is also active in the academic world. She has taught transport law at Åbo Akademi University, and currently she is a doctoral researcher in the Doctoral Programme in Law at the University of Turku. In her research, Sandvik focuses on the boundary issues between contractual liability and non-contractual liability.
