Introduction
Iiro Hollmén works on assignments related to several sections of business law. Iiro continuously assists clients in successful M&A projects of various scale.
Iiro’s regular clients include several start-ups and growth companies and he has gained particular experience in planning and implementing financing arrangements for such early phase and growth companies. He often also handles cases that include complex questions combining company law and taxation.
Moreover, Iiro is experienced in restructuring of enterprises. He has acted as administrator in several statutory restructuring processes and has also assisted creditors in such proceedings.
