During his career Jyrki Prusila has not only worked as an attorney, but also for ten years as corporate lawyer or General Counsel for leading listed Finnish industrial corporations.
During the past twenty years, he has as an attorney, and before the current Senior Advisor role as a partner in a large firm, specialized in general M&A, energy, infrastructure projects and work on joint ventures and investments on different fields close to the top management of the clients.
General counsel and other inhouse work have given particular insight to legal work as part of business processes of corporations, support to competitiveness as well as risk management.
A long career has also given a broad knowledge to Finnish corporations in various businesses and their needs during cycles in economy. In his role as a Senior Advisor, Jyrki Prusila concentrates on client work and professional development of younger colleagues.
