Introduction

Laura Jaatinen advises our clientele in mergers and acquisitions. Laura is involved in the whole merger process as a support to the client throughout the deal; especially in due diligence, negotiations and in the closing. Laura assists our clients also in assignments relating to contract law, including negotiations, and company law.

Laura has successfully received the CIPP/E -certification (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe), which is a certificate admitted by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

The certificate requires knowledge on wide range of data protection matters and on the European data protection legislation. Laura advises our clients in data protection related matters and also drafts the documents needed in order to comply with the data protection legislation.
