We advised Rausanne Group when Newil&Bau acquired from Rausanne the business of Auratum Asunnot, specialising in the construction of new high-quality homes. Rausanne Group also made an equity investment in Newil&Bau. Newil&Bau’s project portfolio increased in value to over 650 million euro.
