Envor Group
We advised Envor Group in the sale of Envor’s biogas business to Nevel. The sold business is one the largest biogas platforms in Finland, which have a combined energy output of 51 GWh. The parties also agreed on long-term co-operation regarding biodegradable material-based side stream processing operations.
