Investors House Plc ja Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus Plc

We assisted the consortium formed by e.g. Investors House Plc and Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus Plc in the real estate agreements concluded with the wellbeing services county of Central Finland, through which the project related to the area of Jyväskylä’s old central hospital advances to the project development phase. It is planned to build in the area primarily apartments for an estimated cost of around 300 million euros.
