L-Group
We advised L-Group Oy and its shareholders on an arrangement wherein L-Group Oy established a subsidiary, HL-Hydraulics Oy, to acquire business activity from Hydroline Oy. In the transaction businesses formerly conducted by Hydroline Oy, i.e. the maintenance and repair business as well as the business of designing and manufacturing project cylinders, were transfered to HL-Hydraulics Oy.
