We assisted Meconet Oy in its acquisition of all shares of Relicomp Oy. Relicomp is known in the industry as a sheet metal manufacturer and a frontrunner in deep drawing technology. Relicomp operates in Kurikka, where it has a production facility with 140 employees. The acquisition further strengthens Meconet group’s delivery capacity.
