We advised Mikroponent AB in its acquisition of all shares of Welas Oy. Mikroponent is a subsidiary to Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ), and Welas was its first Finnish acquisition. Scandinavian Astor Group is a Swedish industrial and defense group listed in the Nordic Growth Market. Welas specializes in laser machining of metal and steel parts. Part of the purchase price was paid with Astor Group’s shares.
