Trafomic Oy

We assisted Trafomic Oy with the registration of the trademark “Walle” as an EU trademark. The Walle charging devices for electric vehicles are Trafomic’s solution to the increasing demand for home charging of electric vehicles. Another company opposed the registration. The European Union Intellectual Property Office EUIPO rejected the opponent’s opposition in its entirety and accepted Trafomic’s position that there is no likelihood of confusion between the opponent’s and Trafomic’s trademarks. Consequently, our client’s trademark was successfully registered in the applied scope.
